Back in 2015, I never imagined sticking with fitness for 10+ years — not because I didn’t want to, but because I had no proof I could.
All my brain knew was 28 years of failure, frustration, and the belief that my genetics were working against me.
This transformation wasn’t one single program, one workout style, or one meal plan. Over the years, my seasons changed — and so did the details.
I’ve tried a LOT and I can say not one thing is “better” or more important than the other. What really matters is consistency that compounds your actions into results.
It was this mindset shift that made the difference 👉 “I’m going to keep practicing healthy habits for as long as I’m alive.”
That removed the finish line. It replaced pressure with consistency. And it’s what gave me this side-by-side.
As a coach, my goal for my clients is no longer fast results — it’s to help you achieve lasting ones.
