Calender here? FB?
Where do I find the schedule of events? I looked but I can't find it. Sorry if it's published somewhere and I missed it.

the ultimate luxury is NOT what you think 💎
In my world, the ultimate luxury is not a fancy car (though those are fun), designer clothes (though I love a good vintage find!), or how many "figures" you make a month. To me? The ultimate luxury is a clear and spacious calendar. It's the #1 thing I optimize my business around (well, the clear calendar and profit!) THIS is the ultimate luxury. THIS is the flex. THIS is freedom. There are plenty of other people shouting about their "100k months" and first class life - but if you saw their calendars, you'd see 10-15 hours per week spent on zoom, another 10 hours in meetings, endless sales calls and a solid 50 hours behind the screen. If that's your jam, that's cool - but in this season of my life, I value TIME above all else. I want ultimate time freedom, and the resources to enjoy it! So I can skip work on a random Thursday to go to the art museum and wander around the coast instead (which I did this week!) So I can drop everything to help a friend in need. So I can decide at 1 pm on a Tuesday, I wanna spend the afternoon in the bath watching bad TV. So yes, I've built a multi-million dollar business, helped over 16,000+ clients and students, landed on the Inc 5000 and have been hired by the biggest names in this industry. Which is all great... But doing it all with a clear and spacious calendar? That is something I'm really freaking proud of. If you wanna build a business like that, Profit Architecture is exactly what you're looking for. We give you the practical tools to: ❤️ Go async with your programs and delivery, so you aren't spending hours on zoom if you don't want to ❤️ Completely systematize your sales process, so you can enroll premium clients without any sales calls ❤️ Go evergreen with your courses and products, so you aren't live launching every single month ❤️ Make it easy for people to buy multiple things from you with a profitable product suite, so you can turn $20 sales into $2,000 sales seamlessly

I'm still working out how to balance being spontaneous with consistently creating and serving people. My freedom would be traveling wherever I want whenever I want.... or just staying home and having a craft day
Write for Level 10 clients
Actually, this is a few related value bombs from Champagne Clients. 1. All your avatars are probably the same persona, just on different parts of their journey. 2. Beginners are Level 1, the "advanced" client is Level 10. (And "advanced" means different things for different people, even in the same niche with the same product. You'll see what Faith means if you do the training.) 3. If you write for your Level 10 client, you will ALSO serve your Level 1 client. 4. There is less competition writing for Level 10 clients. Everyone starts with writing for Level 1 clients. This makes so much sense and is such a mindset shift from how I was approaching my products and courses and coaching before. Thank you!

Help working out my champagne client
Hi @Mariah Coz and everyone- I’ve gone through the training and forgive me, I’m not sure if it’s post covid brain but I’m having trouble figuring out my client continuum - I’m a course curator consultant who serves female expert coaches and consultants to scale their business via courses and programmes so they can ditch the exhaustion of 121 client work in favour of more time, energy and money. I’m wondering who my champagne client is..:it’s not the beginner in business who knows nothing…my ideal client has already been in business for a while and has a strong client base but doesn’t know how to turn her expertise into a course. So she’s further along…do I speak to her? Or the evolved expert coach? As if I speak to the let’s say 6 figure or 7 figure coach, she should have already worked out how to bring in courses and programmes into her business right? So she wouldn’t need me? Any help will be appreciated 🫣

@Samantha Francis Yes, I think you're right. For me, I don't worry about all the in-between levels, I just focus on Level 1, Level 5, and Level 10. For you, I do agree that Level 1 is a beginner in business. Or maybe they have a couple of clients but they're not well-organized, they don't have systems in place, and they're still kind-of making it up as they go. Level 5 could be someone who has clients but is looking into courses for the FIRST time: - She's making good money and is fulfilled with her interactions with her clients. However, she wants to be able to have a bigger impact and reach more people at a time. Or maybe she's feeling a little stressed about how much time her 1:1 services are taking. Or maybe her client load has had fluctuations and she wants to diversify her income into more sources so she's not solely dependent on clients. Whatever the reason, she knows somehow she's incorporating courses as a way to supplement her business. - She has clients, and she has other streams of income (affiliate marketing, ad revenue, maybe other digital products like workbooks and ebooks, etc.) but hasn't yet tried out creating courses. (Maybe it seems scary? Maybe it seems like soooooo much work?) Level 10 is a person who has a smoothly running client-based business AND has tried to make courses (or even has a few courses). BUT, for whatever reason she feels like her efforts failed or maybe she just doesn't know how to fit it into her business overall. - She has clients, she's tried making a single course, but it bombed or maybe she never finished and now she's not sure it's right for her...but she sees other people doing it successfully so she feels left behind. - Or maybe she has clients, she made courses, but it felt like the courses were eating up her time and energy from serving clients. They were a distraction and the end result was serving clients worse. - She has clients, got burned out, went too far the other way, made only digital products, and now wants a mix. - She has clients, made courses, but doesn't yet know how to fit them into her funnel. (How does the course work in the overall strategy of her business? Does she use the course as a way to pre-qualify clients? Does she use the course as a 1 to many end result? Does she use the course as a lead magnet to give away in bundles?) So many choices, so many options, it's so overwhelming! Maybe she should just quit on the course idea. Or maybe just have two disjointed parts of her business that run separately in parallel.

@Samantha Francis Well, and that's the point. When you speak to Level 10 (or even Level 5), then you *also* speak to Level 1. Also, if you start with Level 10, then you'll be in a less-crowded area because everyone starts with creating content for Level 1s. But you can always go back and create content for Level 1s later if you want. And people become Level 11 after they work with you, so you'll be speaking with them too. :-)

@Jenn Zellers Hello! I'm currently in Everett, but I grew up in Bellevue/Eastgate area before it got so posh and ritzy. I wish I had time to sew again! It's been a long time. Have you ever read the Anne McCaffery Dragonriders of Pern series? It's from the 70s and 80s but I love all her books. I also read a fun steampunk novel called Boneshaker by Cherie Priest that's set in an alternative world late 1800's Seattle. My boys were into the Wings of Fire series a few years ago. What are some of your favorites? How fun to connect. :-)
