Morning breathwork hits differently—it’s a reminder that I’m not just surviving, I’m thriving. Anxiety and panic attacks once controlled my life, but not anymore. Haven’t had one in ages, and I’m feeling that harmony between mind and body like never before. This practice is my daily rebellion against chaos—a space to ground myself, reclaim balance, and connect with gratitude. It’s healing, it’s strength, and it’s a game changer.

Who else is using breathwork to help them become more present parents? 🙌🏼🌬️
It helps me to not be so reactive which has taken me a good few years to achieve after experiencing the effects of birth trauma 🩷

Yeah, I need to remind myself to breathe sometimes with everything I have going on between work and kids. So yes to be more of a present and pleasant parent :)

I hit level 3 & unlocked the 3-day workshop replay!!! WHOOP WHOOP 🎉🎉🎉 2 questions though...how long will I have access to the 3-day replay? And...will day 3 be uploaded? Right now I'm only seeing 1 & 2....which is fine, I'll have plenty to absorb because I missed all of day 2. So grateful.
