VAT-inclusive prices for subscriptions
By incorporating the option to select VAT-inclusive prices for subscriptions and the ability to charge in Euros (€), we can significantly improve conversion rates in European countries.

VAT / sales tax Skool handles VAT/sales tax compliance for you. You don’t need to register for VAT or do anything. All VAT/sales tax liability is on Skool, not you. Payouts from Skool to you are VAT/sales tax exempt because Skool is a US company. When a customer is in the EU, Skool will automatically add VAT to the purchase price, capture it, and remit it to the government.
VAT on course invoice
Hello everyone. My business is based in UK. Talking to my accountant about selling courses online she tells me that depending on what country I sell to I have to add different VAT rules. For example if my client is based in European Union - I have to have a separate EU vat registered and pay vat in that particular country - which does not sound right to me. Is anyone here selling from UK? How do you charge Vat? Thank you 🙏

Better Reporting Please
Just a suggestion @Sam Ovens, how about a weekly report that gives me some updates on Active members that are progressing through modules and content etc... I know there is a leaderboaard and individual state per member, but I'd love a Weekly or Monthly report that just states who's been active in what area to help better support them and understand which course/modules are the most popular in my classroom - having this info will help us further improve the content. How about a leave feedback pop-up at the end of each video? Would anyone else find this feature helpful?

Did you move from KAJABI??
Moving over from KAJABI... HELP! Has anyone successfully moved from KAJABI to SKOOL? If so, how did you handle landing page, cart, payment processor and email?

@Luis Naranjo Great, I'm still using typeform for new client onboarding, their forms just look so much better the GHL. Plus their videoask tools is epic for collecting client reviews and video testimonials. Here is mine: https://www.videoask.com/fj3slmswv?preview
Spam messages and spam member requests
Hey - we've been getting random people trying to join our program group and other people trying to sell us stuff through Skool. I know this is 100% a reality of online platforms and it's not a dealbreaker BUT I would love to be able to filter who messages me or can see my groups. is this possible now? And if not is there any plans to do it? i.e. To turn off chat for people NOT in my group but keep it on for people IN my community? Prevent program join requests and free up admin time? One of the reasons I moved here was to escape the noise on other social media platforms, and as this platform grows - so will this spam. spolier - dude in image was not interested in my services lol

They seem to be coming in thick an fast from other communities also. Makes me think I need to better qualify on the free group or auto remove if they don't reach level 2 after a month???
