Free Trial or Strategycall? ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ
The question of what is better often arises. - To offer a free trial or a personal conversation? - Or even both? My written English wasn't good enough this time, so I recorded a video about it. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Please see this video as just a template for exchanging ideas on the topic and adding your own tips. If you want more tips or have any questions, please DM me. This post is really about all opinions, not about just mine. Have fun exchanging ideas. I am very excited how you think about this. lg Calvin ๐Ÿซก

Soft Launched My Paid Community | $3,282.42 in 7 days ๐Ÿ’ฐ
This past week has been a whirlwind for me, but I wanted to share it with everyone in case someone here needs encouragement. ๐Ÿซถ After talking to a good bit of my free members on clarity calls, I noticed one common theme. Something I was familiar with at different stages of my lifeโ€ฆ having the TOTAL ICK from โ€œSalesyโ€ stuff. Now not all of them had this, but with the feedback that a lot of them felt they werenโ€™t sure if they could make it in this game or felt like they couldnโ€™t hit certain income goals, because of this desire to never come off salesy.. I knew I wanted to prove they could. There is no โ€œONEโ€ way to do it. But making sales is still required, so how do I help them overcome that? I decided to show it was possible by using myself as an example with a soft launch. What was the process? - No posts warning that it was coming up. Just an awareness to those that had been on calls that someday more help would be available with a paid offer. - Posted late at night (Almost midnight) that it was available, so not โ€œoptimalโ€ timing. - The "sales" post was written in a heartfelt way that was more about vision and helping with details about what it was included. - They had a full 7 days to get in, so it wasnโ€™t a big rush. They had time to decide.ย  - From the get go they were told โ€œthis offer is ONLY for if you believe this will help youโ€, which if they needed more information I would make myself available for calls. - I did a ton of calls. Some group calls and a lot of 1:1 calls. The calls were ALL providing real actual help to show them what it was like to work with me. One day I was on calls starting at 9:30am then hopping off a call to get on a call til 8pm and then started from 9pm to 12:41am. (I know not everyone can do this.) - My about page was simple. Go to my free group to learn more about this soft launch. It is still that way now, because this month is about getting people to hit their goals. I really only want the people that are ready to get a win to join this month. - No VSL, No Testimonials, & No Photos besides the main photo with the name. A lot of people hold themselves back from just starting, because of one of those things.ย

Start with a free Community
Hello everyone, I want to illustrate the importance of a free community with this game plan. Many who are new to Skool wonder whether they should start directly with a paid community to quickly make money, or if a free community would be better at the beginning. If you are aiming for long-term success, I definitely recommend starting with a free community. Once you reach about 100 members there, you can slowly build a paid community. The free community usually generates the most inquiries and commitments for the paid community. If you start directly with a paid community, you miss the chance to gain members through the free community. Additionally, through the discovery search in Skool, you automatically and constantly receive new members for your free community (for free), who can later transition into the paid community. Please let me know if this all makes sense to you. This is my Gameplan and the free community has the biggest impact. If you have questions, write me an DM or a comment lg Calvin

Throwback to when you couldn't have a paid Skool
Back in the day you couldn't charge for a community on Skool. Now it's hard to imagine Skool without that feature. I wonder what other features we'll have that'll be hard to imagine what life was like before them...

To the admins, mods, and community managers
Not sure if itโ€™s just me, but managing a community (or any CSM role) feels like one of those roles that finds *you*, rather than the other way around. Itโ€™s work that happens quietly, behind the scenes, and yet it has a huge impact. I know it can be challenging, but I also know there are moments that make it all deeply rewarding โ€” like helping people figure things out and watch them get closer to their goals ๐Ÿฅนโค๏ธ Whatโ€™s been the most rewarding part of running a Skool community for you?

The deeper conversations. Such exchanges are no longer possible on social media and that is what I value most. That is why I am also active as a member in my own communities.
