Onlinecourse Launch Strategy to grow your Community
Me and my partner are currently in 11th place in the Skool Games and with this post I would like to share a strategy with you that you can use in the long term. This strategy is particularly interesting for coaches. As a coach, you previously launched a course. I'll take an example with smaller numbers to make it understandable. Let’s say the course costs $100 and you launch it at the end of the month. For weeks you do promos, events and place advertising on this one day. *catching* The day comes and you manage 100 sales. That means you just made $10,000 in one day. What is the probability that you will achieve 100 sales again next month with the same course? Very unlikely. Maybe you can manage 50 sales. If you manage your community well on Skool, you can achieve a churn rate of less than 10% So you launch the course, but within a community, which costs $100/month. You complete your 100 sales and earn $10,000 With a churn rate of 10%, you'll automatically have $9,000 again next month without selling another course. Let's assume you only sell 30 courses the following month (you have to spend a month in the community to do this). So you now have 130 members in your community, minus the 10 (10% churn rate) and so you have 120 members which equals $12,000. Conclusion: After the launch, you only have to sell one more course than a member leaves the community in order to grow economically. That's how we did it. Whenever we launch a new course, it comes into the community. I used Google Translate, please write to me if you understood everything :-) LG Calvin

@Ryan Duncan :-)
🤝 Team Space for Communitys
At the moment, I still have to manage the team that manages communities outside of school. That means I either have a discord group or a telegram channel. It would be cool if there were also a team area in school where the team of moderators and community managers can exchange ideas, perhaps even with a chat so that important tasks can be handled directly on the platform without needing to use another platform. ❤️
