Is there a view on doing two rides back to back? Hard session indoors and then straight into a z2 outdoor session. Or not worth it

Oh yeh absolutely. It wasn’t for me. Some of the guys I ride with posed rhe question and naively looked to me as the fountain of all knowledge 🤣🤣.
