Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Aatiqa Zahid from Faisalabad, Pakistan. I’m a 26-year-old MBA student, currently attending classes four days a week. I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS, and over the past year, I’ve realized the importance of focusing on my health, energy, and overall well-being. I’m here to work on becoming a fitter, healthier, and more active version of myself, build consistency, and learn to eat clean and mindfully. Asalamualaikum Everyone, My name is Aatiqa, and I’m from Faisalabad, Pakistan. I’m 26 years old, 5’8”, and currently weigh 79 kg. I’m an MBA student with classes from 2-5 pm, four days a week. I am unmarried and live with my family. I was diagnosed with PCOS last year and my weight has also been stuck since then. My goal is to work on my weight, overall health, and energy levels. My biggest challenge is maintaining a proper routine and staying consistent with tracking my progress, but I’m committed to building a healthier lifestyle and focusing on continuous personal growth.
