@Travis Sago digging in right now. šŸ’„
šŸ“£ Auction Results: $128,000 in 3 hours (so far)...
When running Auctions it can be FAST and furious the lessons come JUST as fast... What's up Ronin peeps! Wrapped up my first Auction yesterday... Technically I ran one prior to this by they didn't get past the pre PRE Auction test. I killed it when I didn't get enough interest. But we started seeding this new auctions Skool pop-up group on Dec 18th. Ran roughly 7 pre-sell posts. Ended up with 550 peeps in the group (and it's still growing). Even with Christmas prior to the auction we did alright. Next time I'd really NOT like there to be a major holiday right before running it lol. We ran the auction for 3 hours yesterday and called it at the 3rd hour. We had 4 bidders battling it out and they all went over $30k. Winning bid was $35,510. We gave the winner a few extra 1on1 calls... Enrolling the other 3 as we speak. When you're dealing with large amounts like this peeps gotta move money around. Credit card limits come into play etc... So right now we've got $5k, $7k, and $10k deposits with the balance on two of them coming in by Friday. One guy needed to split his winning bid of $35,001 into two payments. He got me $10k yesterday and $7500 is coming in Friday. His 2nd payment is due Feb 1st. The last guy we're still working with to get enrolled. Right now I'm tapping bidders. Which leads me to the lessons part of this post. āœ… One thing I'm not thrilled with is we had 115 bidders out of 550. I'm still not 100% sure what that's about? Maybe the holidays, maybe people just didn't get notified enough about the time. Not sure. But I did send the Bidding Post out as an email about 30 seconds prior to bidding through Skool to ensure everyone got notified the auction was going down . āœ… Something else I learned the hard way... When telling people there was a $250 max bid PER BID... ...people STILL got confused and even started commenting during the auction in the comments about the bidding going OVER $250 lol. As if the MAX BID was $250 TOTAL for the Auction Prize.

@Travis Sago thanks - yes I followed those guidelines . . . We had a small number of bidders from far and wide. But fluffed the landing lol I think my ā€˜international’ timing was off and I think I needed to give everyone a little more notice… Nevertheless you don’t learn this stuff until you’re actually peddling the bike and juggling at the same time 😁

dude. I remind myself of this often... ...because there is so much noise out there... You don't "make money" by being good at offers, or working hard, or writing copy or figuring out AI or even posting feet pics... šŸ‘‰šŸ‘‰You make money by getting control of something valuable and then renting out access for time, energy, talent, or money. Even feet pics... Who is making more money? The person who "works hard" photographing their feet? Or O.F., who CONTROLS and RENTS OUT...access to eyeballs and "feet." The owner of the Dallas Cowboys probably couldn't quarterback a single game...yet who makes more money? The quarterback? or the owner? There are VERY FEW things a RONIN really needs to practice... šŸ‘‰SEEING an underutilized asset (Almost every asset is underutilized.) šŸ‘‰GETTING CONTROL in a way where there is OUTRAGEOUS MARGIN šŸ‘‰Renting it out in exchange for TIME, ENERGY, SKILLS, money or any cards the Ronin doesn't have in their hand. I really think most Ronin would be better off NOT KNOWING SHIT about copywriting, tech, or how to photograph feet. Cuz then they try to do and BE all that... And none of it helps much. In fact... It just makes them self-conscious about the cards they don't have in their hand...or their "ugly feet." šŸ˜† And it has ZERO to do with them getting rich AF! I hope this helps. In 2026... With our Giving FUNnel and Auctions, we're getting control of assets faster and easier than ever in Ronin history! I'm thrilled to ride with ya! Rooting for Ya, Travis PS I'm still in holiday mode. Happy New Year!

Cheers!! Happy New Year šŸ’„šŸ„‚ 2026 will be a blast ! šŸš€ šŸ‘‰šŸ‘‰ Get control of something valuable (put it into the FLOW) and rent out access for time, energy, talent, or money. I ā¤ļø this…!
I suck at creating offers and selling.
I'm going to be honest, I've had a tough time as a Ronin. Probably lots of reasons, I'm know there are things I'm doing wrong/not understanding. Maybe part of it is the partners I've gone after? But I also think it's because I'm trying to do every piece of it myself, which is probably dumb of me. I can set up any tech and I'm not shy when it comes to jumping on coffee dates and landing partners, that isn't hard for me. I'm good at talking to people one on one. But when it comes to writing copy (preselling, and selling) and knowing how to put offers together for the partners, I suck and can't seem to figure that out. So I'm throwing out a holiday hail mary... Is there anyone on here who wants to team up with someone like me? I'll work my ass off to do whatever we need to, I won't disappoint you there. Just need to find someone who is great at the copy/offers/selling part. Any takers?
I suck at creating offers and selling.

Hey @Nino Pingera Hit me up, happy to chat. Selecting the right partner is key. Everyone is a 5 star prospect until they prove themselves otherwise… This is why coffee dates are vital along with a test…
First time auction success: $31k winning bid
Long time lurker here, first time poster... 2 days ago, I ran a 24-hour auction in my Skool group of 400 people. There was a "pool party" theme to make the event even more fun and exciting than it might be otherwise. All in all, around 35 people ended up making a bid. Out of those, 10 or so were actively and continuously bidding for the actual offer over the 24 hours. The winning bidder wasn't one of them — he only swept in during the last 2 or so minutes, and won the auction in a photo finish, with a last-second $31k bid. (I had initially estimated the entire auction might bring in $10k total.) Along with the winning bidder, now I also have 10 people who have expressed a serious level of interest in the outcome I was promising in the auction offer. I'm talking to them as well, to see how we might end up working together. On top of all that, my entire group is on a kind of high. Folks really got into the auction and the pool party theme — there were side bets going on, running gags, people goosing each other on, and lots of jokes, to the point that somebody recommended giving out a prize for the funniest comment (a suggestion that was immediately adopted). There are 755 comments on the auction post, and a bunch of members have written me afterwards to thank me for putting on an exciting and fun spectacle. All that's to say... now I'm a believer. And I'll be doing more auctions soon. Big thanks to both @Travis Sago and @Chris Dyson for their help before, during, and after the auction.
