Big Ticket Email Mojo 3.0 Results
What's up fellow Ronin? Currently, I have two separate email lists. On my main list, I've been using BTEM 2.0 and the triangle of insight for almost 2 years now. My Systeme dot io stats place me in the low risk pool of email senders. I occasionally get an unsubscribe but rarely if ever get a spam complaint. Open rates hover between 60 - 80 percent. Click through rates are usually around 1 - 2 percent. Last year, I added my first community. Collected the emails in Skool but didn't do anything with them. Once I got LOD and SOD late last year and saw the BTEM 3.0 strategy... I exported my Skool list and created a brand new email list in Systeme. Now, I'm writing very short emails BTEM 3.0 style with links to anchor posts inside my community. Open rates aren't quite as high... But click through rates? Between 5 - 8 percent. Systeme placed me in the low risk pool for this second email list too. Bottom line? These style of emails WORK! If you're not using BTEM style emails then you're missing out on building a low risk, highly engaged email list! I don't know if BTEM 3.0 is available still, but if you have a community it's worth adding it to your strategy! BTEM 2.0 should be available to all Ronin. Either one will create wins for your email list building an nurturing strategy!

This is an awesome share Chad. That's a YUGE bump in CTR.
Need your thoughts on this pre-auction post
Crazy thought… What if your community paid your monthly bills… Without posting every day Without chasing clients Without running a big funnel. Over the past few months I’ve been quietly setting up partner deals with brands and offers that want access to my audiences across: • FB groups • Subreddits • Skool communities These deals run quietly in the background while I work on other things. No constant hustle required. Now I’m thinking about doing something kinda fun. Jump on a Zoom call with ONE person… Share my screen… And show you exactly how I set these up: • How I find partners • How the deals work • How they keep running without becoming another job 💡 Idea… If I opened ONE SPOT And did it 👉 AUCTION STYLE 👈 Starting at $1 Would you bid at least $1? Drop a 👍 if you would. And tell me… What would you most want to see on that call? ====================================== I think it's too long for a pre-auction post. Am I explaining too much? Any other thoughts?

Congrats guys! 🙌
Am I selling the hammer?
Would you add anything to this pre-pre auction post before sending over to my partner? Not sure if it feels doable, desirable & believable. Are you feeling the CD3 in this or not? Also - this partner is receptive to answering questions, so if there is more info you think I'd need for this pre-pre-auction post. Let me know! PS - deliverables are lifetime in the expert's group coaching & some 1:1 time with her plus services from her agency. ------------------------------------------------------ Would you bid $1? And partner up with me until you’re creating 500, 5000, or 50,000+ video views on demand. I’ve been creating views on demand since I was a scene kid showing off my music on MySpace! Thankfully, I left the hairstyles in 2011 But… I brought the way we generate 5,000, 50,000 or even 500,000 video views on demand into 2026. How? I create visuals that match the sound. And get people to STOP scrolling. I listen to an artist’s song and the movie starts playing in my head. Colors. Textures. Scenes. A whole world that already exists inside the music. It just hasn’t been put into pictures yet. We jump on Zoom. Listen. I share my screen. Pull up Pinterest. And within about 10 minutes I can show them the picture perfect match to their sound. And hand over a shot list that can be filmed on a phone at home in an afternoon. Then making content is FUN. And the numbers start moving. Jeff came to me and couldn't crack 10,000 views. After he got perfect-match visuals and an ez peasy shot list from me? His third video hit 1 million views. Anyway. I've been thinking. What if I took ONE musician under my wing… Got in their world. Listened to their music. Built out their whole visual identity with them. And guided them until their videos have strangers tagging friends like "you NEED to hear this." And when they do? I interview them. And put their story and songs in front of everyone in my audience. I'm thinking about running some kind of auction for this.

@Honey Syed thank you!! There are some phrasings in here I think I’ll swipe.
CDOD: "It feels a bit scammy for my community."
That was a reply from a prospect after she saw the auction Loom. Totally fair. She might even be right. So I ran some Response Mojo: Agreed with her. Dropped a quick story about a partner who thought the same thing - until their community went nuts for it. Then I sold the itty bitty test, not the campaign: One post. Her community gets the vote, not us. We'll know in 15-20 minutes whether there's 5 or 6-figure upside or it's too scammy. Her next reply: "Sure. I'll try anything once."
