When you put out the assumption: "I'm guessing I didn't make sense." He gets another chance to correct you and put the truth on the table. He's gonna reveal what he's after either way. He's either gonna keep talking about tactics or reveal that he's got some sort of curiosity/pain around what you shared in the video. You're going more negative each time and just continuing to sift and sort him. If he keeps talking about tactics... he's just not the color M&M you're after.

I set appointments during the day. I just used this to book two calls with deals that were previously marked as “lost.” I said something like: “I’m guessing we flubbed up our first demo so bad we shouldn’t ever reach out again.” And people are opening way up and correcting me! Gets into a really good conversation.
