Okkkayyy. That is going to be interesting tomorrow on a spin bike 😳😬 I did the second two sets of goblet squats off the bench, I am too short for it to be effective using the bench so it actually works better for me off of it. Anyone else?

I've been using my step and a low table in my living room while trying to re-organize and get my workout room back up and running (currently houses all my pre-workout clothes and Halloween decor) So, i did it off the bench and still felt good about my form. Flexing hit those muscles just fine
Current supplements I am using
Let me be clear that you do not need to buy what I buy, use what I use, or buy any supplements from me in order to be here…. If there is anything I learned in my wellness certification experience it is that you 100% get results without powders or pills or high cost “promises”. Be skeptical & do your research before you buy anything that seems to good to be true. Your daily habits (tracking and weighing/measuring your food, regular movement, quality sleep, enough rest, stress management, your happiness) are alllllll more important than a supplement 💣 I choose to use these because I like them, I can afford them (thankfully!) and they make my life easier, but I won’t continue to pretend like you must use them to be successful and see results on your journey! That is not fair or true. I am sharing authentically and just allowing you to make any informed decisions to make your own life and journey easier and more enjoyable too!

Thank you for taking the time to share that. I'm on supplements that help me with my milk supply and keeping my body regular while providing for the baby. All of that changes in a couple months when I'm planning to be done with breastfeeding. I love my energize. Took me a long time to find a pre workout that didn't make me jittery. Protein/post workout/meal replacement shakes are what i miss and i loved Shakeology but I'm open to trying other ones. Just need to check with my doc first. Thanks for the info

Woke up early again and figured I'd get at least some of my workout in before waking up my big kids.... As I was pulling out my weights, I thought to myself "wow, I'm really sore but I'm surprised that my legs don't hurt so badly" Then Shaun T happened. Ha! How dare I doubt him 😂🤣😂 Cheers to freaking Leg day 🤯🦵🔥

Sleep score...
Just coming to vent bc I couldn't sleep last night and my child was up a lot so that combination led to a 49 sleep score with over 2 hrs awake.... ugh

What's a sleep score? Mine is probably one of the lowest around. My sleep schedule is GARBAGE

We asked for this!!! It is sooo easy to complain, isn’t it? Thats what I did first! But then I realized: I asked for this! I am sore because I’m doing the work. I’m sore because I challenged myself and put in the effort. I’m sore because I have the ability to move my body and I’m doing it. If you’re sore, be proud of yourself. I woke up at 5 to nurse and i was so excited to get on the gym early! I was making my energize when the hubs came into the kitchen and needed my help. I started later than i planned, but i was able to be there for him and still get my workout in nice and early! So thankful for the motivation (and your reaction when i got on!)🥳🤗
