Sulav asked me to make a post about what I am doing right now, my progress and if I have any questions so he can answer it here, so here we go. This is gonna be like a progress update and kinda like a diary post lol. In the past 1-2 month I was just struggling to do outreach consistently and also I changed my niche and content angle recently that attracts better clients and fits my phyloshophy more. And now I am at a point where content angle and niche is pretty clear, I am pretty consitent with outreach, though I want to inrease my numbers, both with outreach and content. Another thing I am working on now is to optimize my instagram profile to the best I can, so every piece of content and outreach I do has more leverage and nurtures people that click on my profile. I actually don’t really have many questions now, I really only need more action and time, which I will have because tomorrow is my last day at my job, so basically the last piece of constraint on my energy and time is removed and I am going full time in this. I have saving for like 6 months, but by that time (and hopefully much sooner) I’ll have the income that covers everything, considering I already landed my first client and the first is always the hardest one. And I am super excited because this really does feel like a chapter where my life really changes forever. So maybe my progress seems slow, and at certain points I really felt like I moved like a snail. When we zoom out and consider the fact that when I joined Sulav about 2 months ago, I was at a point where I was pretty much clueless about what I should do, I am in a much better situation now. That’s it and this post became much longer than I expected lol. But hope you got at least something out of it. Have a nice day and keep pushing.

A few weeks ago, outreach took me 4 hours. Yesterday it took 1. And I booked my first call. You may think starting slow means you're doing something wrong. But the truth is you’re not slow. You’re overthinking, you’re fighting friction, and you can’t enter a flow state yet. Once you build a system, the same task that drained you suddenly becomes easy. That’s why I’m doubling my outreach now. Sulav continues to push me into new territory, which does show me how much time I'm wasting. Efficiency = conscious urgency + a system that removes friction. Here’s what I’m still fixing: - My content creation is inefficient. Ideation takes too long and I struggle with one-takes. - My sales calls run too long because I let people talk in circles. I've noticed a comment pattern with my clients who are crushing it with content. - One client recently got 40k views in 3 days with a raw video. - Another hit 287k by being fully authentic. - Same thing with my own videos too. They talk about stuff other people normally don't talk about. Nowadays in social media, everyone tries to highlight the BEST parts. So each video is like the other. People are craving for something real. Something that touches their soul. The best way I’ve found to be more authentic on video is this: - Speak to someone specific & talk to the camera as if you're speaking to your dream client. The best way to do this is by creating a specific avatar. Use this tool I created called the "dream audience alchemy" to help you speak to 1 specific person in your content. I personally like to review this before I create content. That way, I know who it's for. - Share your unique insights and experiences that you've gone through, and tie them into what you help people with Ex: I created this video back when I was an online fitness coach called "The reason why your still not fulfilled even after being a successful entrepreneur". This was a raw video & it performed good & attracted my dream clients. I shared insights on how I deal with the same struggles as my viewers go through when trying to wake up early and exercise. I was vulnerable. For this reason, my viewers really connected with me, and it performed well. So here's why I found being authentic in content works. Authenticity cuts through the noise. People aren’t connecting with your perfect life, they’re connecting with the version of you that’s willing to tell the truth. If you want your content to hit deeper, start speaking to one person, share what you’ve actually been through, and let people feel who you really are.
