A few weeks ago, outreach took me 4 hours. Yesterday it took 1.
And I booked my first call.
You may think starting slow means you're doing something wrong.
But the truth is you’re not slow. You’re overthinking, you’re fighting friction, and you can’t enter a flow state yet.
Once you build a system, the same task that drained you suddenly becomes easy. That’s why I’m doubling my outreach now.
Sulav continues to push me into new territory, which does show me how much time I'm wasting.
Efficiency = conscious urgency + a system that removes friction.
Here’s what I’m still fixing:
- My content creation is inefficient. Ideation takes too long and I struggle with one-takes.
- My sales calls run too long because I let people talk in circles.
What's something you can become more efficient with?
