Sulav asked me to make a post about what I am doing right now, my progress and if I have any questions so he can answer it here, so here we go. This is gonna be like a progress update and kinda like a diary post lol. In the past 1-2 month I was just struggling to do outreach consistently and also I changed my niche and content angle recently that attracts better clients and fits my phyloshophy more. And now I am at a point where content angle and niche is pretty clear, I am pretty consitent with outreach, though I want to inrease my numbers, both with outreach and content. Another thing I am working on now is to optimize my instagram profile to the best I can, so every piece of content and outreach I do has more leverage and nurtures people that click on my profile. I actually don’t really have many questions now, I really only need more action and time, which I will have because tomorrow is my last day at my job, so basically the last piece of constraint on my energy and time is removed and I am going full time in this. I have saving for like 6 months, but by that time (and hopefully much sooner) I’ll have the income that covers everything, considering I already landed my first client and the first is always the hardest one. And I am super excited because this really does feel like a chapter where my life really changes forever. So maybe my progress seems slow, and at certain points I really felt like I moved like a snail. When we zoom out and consider the fact that when I joined Sulav about 2 months ago, I was at a point where I was pretty much clueless about what I should do, I am in a much better situation now. That’s it and this post became much longer than I expected lol. But hope you got at least something out of it. Have a nice day and keep pushing.

So we talked about how my biggest bottleneck right now is traffic, and the main issue with that is I’m just not doing enough outreach. And the reason I haven’t been consistent is because it feels kinda painful and boring, especially when I don’t see results. We realized that a cause of this is probably about my own beliefs around outreach. If deep down I don’t believe it’s gonna work, then obviously I won’t push myself to do the volume required. But if I knew it would work, I’d be doing way more. So Sulav told me to write down all my current beliefs about outreach and then invert them, basically, flip the negative ones into positive ones. We also set some KPIs that I have to hit, and he’s gonna hold me accountable (apparently there’ll be consequences if I don’t, we outlined that as well lol). Anyways, I have a lot of work to do... In this call I learned that, it's ok to be slow at outreach at first, but have to keep pushing the volume so I can recogise the patters about who could be a good potential client, and also to learn and practice what works in the DMs and how to lead them to book a call or join my skool community.
