Tried something new with my shake today. Frozen banana, pineapple, mango, coconut water and vanilla whey protein. Gave it a go, and it was one of the best! I have copied a pic of the frozen pack I picked up from Woolies.
Glad to be starting my second Reset today. Looking forward to building on my habits and seeing some great results again. Overnight oats. One of my favourites for breaky.
Same thing most mornings. Turkey mince, spinach, eggs, cashews, tomatoes and coffee long black with Almond milk. Have a great start of the week community!
