This weekend saw a mate and myself head out to our camping and hunting block for the first time since last winter. We usually head out 4 to 6 times a year. Normally, we consume a large number or beers and eat a not so balanced diet.
This time, right in the middle of my first challenge, I decided replace that carton of beer with a carton of water. I also changed the shopping list, and went the whole food option ONLY.
Decision was justified this morning when I got on the scales and had maintained where I was 3 days prior. Felt great all weekend and even better this morning.
