That’s hectic. I’ve done plenty of 24hr fasts. But never gone beyond that. Might look into it in the future

Kings birthday weekend! Anyone would think I was the King given how much I ate and drank this weekend! Not proud of myself, I just need to bounce back and get back on track! Weight gain is definitely a reflection of how much fun I had! 😆 I'll knuckle down.
