Changing your mind is also balance
It’s been two weeks since I wrote that I would close this group. And yet… I didn’t. I didn’t find the moment to shut it down. But maybe that’s not just time. Maybe that’s a sign. Sometimes we think that once we decide something, we must stick to it —even when our body and heart are saying something else. But changing your mind is not weakness. It is also a form of balance. It is listening. It is adjusting. It is admitting: “This still matters to me.” So instead of closing this space, I’ve decided to continue — slowly, honestly, at a human pace. If you’re still here, thank you. Let’s keep walking, one small step at a time. 👉 When was the last time you allowed yourself to change your mind — and felt relief? Your body wants to move. Your mind wants to believe.
Changing your mind is also balance
When the mind becomes...
I found a video I really liked, and I’d like to share it here too. What touched me most was the idea that compassion is not only something we give to others. It is also something that changes us. When the mind stops fighting reality, when it stops pushing through guilt, shame, and resistance, movement can suddenly become the next natural step. Maybe we do not always need a new method. Maybe we need to clear what is already inside us, but cannot be heard because of the noise in our minds. And that is what this video opened up in me: When the mind becomes calmer and stops putting obstacles in its own way, movement stops being a struggle and becomes a return to yourself.

🌿 It’s not only about what I get
One day, a man planted a tree. Someone asked him, “Why are you doing that? You may never sit in its shade.” He smiled and said, “Maybe not. But someone will.” Sometimes life is not only about what we get. Sometimes it’s about what we are willing to give — our time, our care, our effort, our presence. What we give shapes who we become. What is one thing you want to give more of — to yourself, or to the world? Your body wants to move. Your mind wants to believe. 💫

🌿 It’s not only about what I get
Working hard but still falling behind?
There was a time in my life when every month felt like survival. I was earning about $600 monthly, trying my best to manage it carefully. But every time I thought I had things under control, another bill or problem showed up. Some days I even cut down on how much I ate just to stretch the money. What made it harder was the feeling that everyone else was progressing while I was standing still. Then one day someone shared an idea with me, something they had used to improve their own situation. It wasn’t a magic solution, but it opened my eyes to a different way of thinking about income and opportunities. That single conversation changed a lot for me. If you ever feel like you’re working hard but not seeing the results you want, you can send me a private message or reach me on WhatsApp: +1 (825) 972-8916. I’m always open to sharing what helped me see things differently.

Stretching after strength training? Yes or No?
Today I cleared up a common rule: - Post-workout stretching is optional, not mandatory. As a stand-alone recovery method it usually doesn’t change much, but gentle stretching can feel good. - Muscle growth depends more on effort level (how close you train to failure with good technique) and long-term progression than on how “brutal” the workout felt or how sore you are. Practical approach I recommend: if you feel tight, do 1–2 gentle stretches for 20–30s; if not, skip it. What Is your routine? Do You Do stretching after a strength Training?
