Changing your mind is also balance
It’s been two weeks since I wrote that I would close this group.
And yet… I didn’t.
I didn’t find the moment to shut it down. But maybe that’s not just time. Maybe that’s a sign.
Sometimes we think that once we decide something, we must stick to it —even when our body and heart are saying something else.
But changing your mind is not weakness.
It is also a form of balance.
It is listening.
It is adjusting.
It is admitting:
“This still matters to me.”
So instead of closing this space,
I’ve decided to continue — slowly, honestly, at a human pace.
If you’re still here, thank you. Let’s keep walking, one small step at a time.
