Changing your mind is also balance
It’s been two weeks since I wrote that I would close this group. And yet… I didn’t. I didn’t find the moment to shut it down. But maybe that’s not just time. Maybe that’s a sign. Sometimes we think that once we decide something, we must stick to it —even when our body and heart are saying something else. But changing your mind is not weakness. It is also a form of balance. It is listening. It is adjusting. It is admitting: ā€œThis still matters to me.ā€ So instead of closing this space, I’ve decided to continue — slowly, honestly, at a human pace. If you’re still here, thank you. Let’s keep walking, one small step at a time. šŸ‘‰ When was the last time you allowed yourself to change your mind — and felt relief? Your body wants to move. Your mind wants to believe.

Working hard but still falling behind?
There was a time in my life when every month felt like survival. I was earning about $600 monthly, trying my best to manage it carefully. But every time I thought I had things under control, another bill or problem showed up. Some days I even cut down on how much I ate just to stretch the money. What made it harder was the feeling that everyone else was progressing while I was standing still. Then one day someone shared an idea with me, something they had used to improve their own situation. It wasn’t a magic solution, but it opened my eyes to a different way of thinking about income and opportunities. That single conversation changed a lot for me. If you ever feel like you’re working hard but not seeing the results you want, you can send me a private message or reach me on WhatsApp: +1 (825) 972-8916. I’m always open to sharing what helped me see things differently.

Start here – your first steps in Body & Mind Balance
Welcome to Body & Mind Balance – I’m really glad you’re here. šŸ™ This space is for people who want to gently reconnect with their body and mind. No pressure, no perfection, just simple steps toward more balance. Before we go deeper with programs and practices, I’d like to start very simply – with awareness and intention. šŸ‘‰ If you’d like to begin, you can do this: 1. Take a quiet moment for yourself. 2. Take a few slow breaths. 3. Ask yourself : ā€œWhat do I want from my body and my mind this year?ā€ It can be more energy, less pain, more calm, more strength, more joy… If you feel comfortable, share your answer in the comments with one sentence: ā€œThis is what I’d like to experience in my body and mindā€¦ā€ This will help me create future content, practices and programs that truly support you – not just in theory, but in real life. Your body wants to move. Your mind wants to believe. Welcome on this journey. 🌱 Start here!

Ritual Instead of Training
A ritual is not about performance. It’s about repetition. From one angle, it looks like you’re doing the same thing again and again. Like a circle. But from another perspective, it’s a spiral. Repeating — yet growing. This week, don’t look for a new workout. Look for a movement you’re willing to return to, again and again. Reflection: What small ritual could you keep even on an ordinary day? Body want to Move Mind wants to Believe

Let the fire light the lamp — not burn the house.
This year feels like a high-energy season: faster pace, stronger impulses, more ideas, more opportunities… and also more noise. That kind of fire can be a gift — if you give it structure. Without structure, it turns into overwhelm: scattered focus, nervous system overload, and burnout. So here’s the invitation for this year: - Move with the energy, but don’t let it move you. - Do less, but do it on purpose. - Build a ā€œlampā€ for your fire. If you want, My simple ā€œLampā€ formula comment LAMP and I’ll share the exact 3-step routine I’m using — quick, simple, and realistic for real life. Let’s ride this year with clarity, strength, and balance. šŸ§ šŸ’ŖāœØ
