Lately I’ve been learning a lot about AI, tools, and how to create better content. It is exciting… and honestly, sometimes a bit overwhelming. But in the middle of all this “digital learning”, I keep coming back to one simple truth: If I forget my body and my mind, no tool in the world will make me feel better. So I’m learning AI – and I’m still learning how to breathe deeper, move a little every day, and come back to my center. Many people are told that if their lower back hurts, they must have weak abs, weak glutes, and tight hip flexors. But here’s the real story: "Your body isn’t broken. Your body adapts." It responds to how you move, live, rest, and feel. And every human adapts differently. That’s why one universal label will never explain your whole experience. And it definitely won’t tell you how to feel better. What actually helps? Looking at you individually: How you move. What you feel. What your body truly needs to feel strong and supported. Not a diagnosis. Not fear. But understanding — and movement that fits you. The body wants to move. The mind wants to believe. When those two align, real change begins — from tension to strength, from doubt to balance.

Coming back to your center
Balance is not a place you reach once. It’s a place you return to — again and again. Some days you feel grounded. Other days you feel lost in thoughts, stress or expectations. That’s okay. What matters is not how far you drift, but that you notice it… and gently come back. Back to your breath. Back to your body. Back to the quiet place inside. What helps you return to your center when life pulls you in many directions? Your body wants to move. Your mind wants to believe.

It’s been two weeks since I wrote that I would close this group. And yet… I didn’t. I didn’t find the moment to shut it down. But maybe that’s not just time. Maybe that’s a sign. Sometimes we think that once we decide something, we must stick to it —even when our body and heart are saying something else. But changing your mind is not weakness. It is also a form of balance. It is listening. It is adjusting. It is admitting: “This still matters to me.” So instead of closing this space, I’ve decided to continue — slowly, honestly, at a human pace. If you’re still here, thank you. Let’s keep walking, one small step at a time. 👉 When was the last time you allowed yourself to change your mind — and felt relief? Your body wants to move. A honest note & next steps First, I want to say thank you. For reading, reflecting, and walking with me through the Life is Simple series. It means a lot to me that you chose to spend your time and attention here. 🙏 Over the last weeks I realized something important: To make this community truly alive – with regular content, support and programs – I would need to turn it into a paid space. Right now, I’m not ready to do that. At the same time, I already have two communities on Skool.
