I'm happy and grateful for a session with one of my accountability partners @Heather Stewart, MS, LMT today where we made goals to have at least 2 sales calls a week... and so I am sending out emails to my leads based on the email script (with my changes) AI helped me make after I had the chatbot rewrite my offer blueprint. It feels good to get down to doing this b/c I'm having more than a few members say it's time for them to move on after their first year or two in the community. Hopefully these new slots will fill and vibrancy will continue. I was feeling pretty low and out of it and then had a session with my people tonight and it reminded me why I do things this way now and why it's so important for us all to have places to connect in our healing and in our passion with others.

Here’s a step-by-step framework to capture and showcase them for prospects: 1. Prompt Members with Micro-Story Questions Ask targeted questions that surface subtle shifts without requiring dramatic "before/after" tales: - "What’s one tiny thing you notice about your body now that you didn’t before joining?" - "Describe a moment this week when your body felt different—even if you can’t explain why." - "What’s a movement or posture you do effortlessly now that used to feel off?" Example response: "I used to clench my jaw during Zoom calls. Now my face feels loose—like I’m wearing a softer mask." 2. Use a 3-Sentence "Shift Snapshot" Format Train members to share in this bite-sized structure (perfect for social proof carousels or email snippets): 1. The Old Normal: "I didn’t realize how tight my hips were until..." 2. The Subtle Shift: "...now I sit cross-legged on the floor without thinking." 3. The Quiet Win: "It’s not a big deal, but it makes my whole day feel lighter." 3. I am sharing this (because Cate said to =D) but also, because it is important I think as we navigate our asset building to learn the language of our avatar not just in words, but also visually.
