AI AGENT TUTORIAL : Your Club is happening in 37 hours
Prep for Yoga Festival Event
I’m curious the group thought on printed materials to give out at a regional yoga festival, where I’m teaching 2 classes. It’s the weekend after Memorial Day so I’m in the design and print phase. I’ve got an e-book I wrote in Fascia Release for Yogis that I usually sell. But I’m wondering if ppl want postcards or flyers for my club, or if they prefer to tap a QR code? Trying to figure print quantities and format, plus best content to share with them. Also are there new ways to capture opt-in info? Any tips welcome. Thank you! https://www.grandvalleyyogafest.com/

how do i move a voice memo from my iphone into a txt file for claude
@Amy Glasser @Nina Pullella @Heather Stewart, MS, LMT Here's the easiest ways to get a **Voice Memo** from your iPhone into a plain **.txt** file (or just text) that you can paste directly into **Claude** (on claude.ai or the app). ### Method 1: Best & Easiest (iOS 18 or later – Built-in Transcription) Apple added automatic transcription to the Voice Memos app starting in iOS 18. This is free and works on-device for supported languages. 1. Open the **Voice Memos** app. 2. Tap the recording you want. 3. Swipe up on the waveform (or tap the recording and look for **View Transcript** / tap the three dots ⋯ > **View Transcript**). 4. The full transcript appears as text. 5. Tap and hold the text → **Select All** → **Copy**. (Or tap ⋯ in the transcript view and choose **Copy Transcript** if available.) 6. Open the **Notes** app (or any text app), create a new note, and **Paste** the text. 7. Tap the share button in Notes → **Save to Files** → choose a folder and save it as something like `memo-transcript.txt`. Now you can AirDrop the .txt file to your computer or just copy-paste the entire note straight into Claude. ### Method 2: If You Don't Have Built-in Transcription (or Want Higher Accuracy) Export the audio file and transcribe it with a free/cheap tool, then get clean text. **Step A: Export the Voice Memo as audio** - Open Voice Memos → tap your recording → tap the three dots ⋯. - Choose **Save to Files** (or **Share** → **Save to Files**). - Save it as an .m4a file in a folder you can access (e.g., iCloud Drive). **Step B: Get it transcribed to text** - **Quick free option on iPhone**: Share the .m4a file directly to a transcription app like **Transcribe – Speech to Text**, **Whisper Memos**, **Audionotes**, or similar from the App Store. Many let you export the result as **.txt**. - **Even better for Claude users**: Paste/upload the audio file directly into Claude (Claude supports audio uploads on paid plans and can transcribe it for you). Then ask Claude:
Are you trying Story Marketing?
I started reading this and was thinking, about the time she woke up feeling rested, wow this would be a great ad for these sheets! Lo and behold, it's an ad for sheets!! I'm not sharing for the sheets, but just because I thought about the marketing piece we all do. @Nina Pullella it's similar to what you did recently with how you got in to Ayurveda. I loved that post and was very drawn in to it! I'm thinking it would be a good way to capture our testimonials... maybe asking our clients for a testimonial and then writing short stories about them for those of us that like stories. I'm really curious about what other Pros think? Have you tried it? Tested it? Any feedback? Ideas on how else to use stories like this? Here is the story: (I deleted the link because AI google reviews suggested it MAY be fraudulent) My husband and I slept at his ex wife's house during a flood. We did it in her bed. And it saved our marriage. Last September, Bill and I were driving back from his mother's 80th birthday when the rain started. Not normal rain. The kind where you can't see the car in front of you and the highway turns into a river in twenty minutes. We pulled over twice. It got worse. By 9pm, the roads near our house were closed. Water over the bridges. No way home until morning at the earliest. Bill looked at his phone. Then at me. 'Sharon lives ten minutes from here.' Sharon. His ex wife. Married to her for six years before me. Divorced twenty years ago. They're civil. Christmas cards. Happy birthdays to the kids. She came to his mother's 70th birthday. Nice enough. But I'd never been inside her house. 'Bill, we are not staying at your ex wife's house.' 'Donna, the roads are closed. We're not sleeping in the car.' He called her. She said of course. Come over. Guest room is all yours. I sat in the passenger seat with my arms crossed like a teenager. 'One night,' I said. 'One night,' he said. We pulled into her driveway at 9:30. I checked my reflection in the visor mirror. No makeup. Hair pulled back. Wearing the oversized fleece and leggings I'd thrown on for a three-hour car ride to his mother's house.

REPUTATION LAB OR REGENERATIVE MAN ( which one do you like ?)
Hey Everyone... I am beginning to build out my Skool site and make video content... I want to post my one page blueprint here... it's been many iterations in the making and wanting to seen in this process... and if anyone is feeling generous I would love any and all feedback! thank you!! THE REPUTATION LAB OR REGENERATIVE MAN ( which one do you like ?) WHO IS IT FOR? The "Lonely Man." Responsible, high-capacity men (Entrepreneurs, Therapists, Builders, Professionals, doctors corporate) who are quietly overextended. They perform well externally but feel internally tight. They are stable most of the time, but reactive enough that others never fully relax. They are done outsourcing their worth to women, work, or validation with underlying belief despite how they might preform, they do not feel enough. WHAT PROBLEMS DO THEY HAVE? - High-Functioning Deterioration: A background sense that the machinery is wearing down, even if the output is still high. - The "Lonely Man" Syndrome: Feeling isolated, low energy, and under-respected—even if they won't admit it. - The Home/Work Transition: Walking into the house wanting to be received, but feeling met with criticism (e.g., "10 things I didn't do right"). - Reactive Recovery: Recovering slowly from conflict; getting stuck in the "hangover" of a disagreement. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? $7,200 / year HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN JOIN? Capped at 25 members. Imagine a CLUB that: CONVICTIONS (THE CODE) - Information is cheap. Transformation is expensive. - Hardware Before Software: You cannot regulate a system that is biologically starving. - Capacity Over Insight: You do not need more insight; you need increased capacity. - The Pressure Test: Form changes under pressure. The question is whether it fractures or reorganizes. - Connect Before Correct: Influence is impossible without regulation. EXPERTISE - Leadership Architecture: Recovery speed, feedback tolerance, and emotional containment. - Nervous System Training: Training the system to hold pressure without collapse. - Somatic Unwinding: De-armoring chronic bracing.
