Hi, I'm m Stacy & I'm technically challenged

I have a 11-12 year old Dell laptop. (It was GREAT back in the day & expensive!)

And my current phone is a Samsung S10. I got it the 1st week of lock down (March 2020) It only holds a charge about 2 hours now.

I NEED a new computer & phone & not sure what I should be looking for or how much is a reasonable budget.

Suggestions on features & storage, preferances, etc. appreciated.
