High Intensity Cardiovascular Exercise
Since starting peptides about 7 weeks ago, I have noticed a pretty dramatic increase in difficulty doing high output activities such as hiking, and uphill mountain biking. My watch tells me HR still maxing out around 180 which was standard pre-peptides but now this happens so much sooner and I feel so much worse when it does (out of breath, nauseous, etc.)
I belive this may be related to Retatrutide because I started to notice before I introduced SS31 & MotsC.
This is happening even on the weekends when I take a break from pinning anything.
I'd love to hear thoughts on this!
Current Stack:
Reta - 3mg total/wk MWF
SS31 - 1mg 5x/wk
MotsC - 1mg 5x/wk
Wolverine - 500mcg each 5x/wk
GHKCU - 2mg 5x/wk
