High Intensity Cardiovascular Exercise
Since starting peptides about 7 weeks ago, I have noticed a pretty dramatic increase in difficulty doing high output activities such as hiking, and uphill mountain biking. My watch tells me HR still maxing out around 180 which was standard pre-peptides but now this happens so much sooner and I feel so much worse when it does (out of breath, nauseous, etc.) I belive this may be related to Retatrutide because I started to notice before I introduced SS31 & MotsC. This is happening even on the weekends when I take a break from pinning anything. I'd love to hear thoughts on this! Current Stack: Reta - 3mg total/wk MWF SS31 - 1mg 5x/wk MotsC - 1mg 5x/wk Wolverine - 500mcg each 5x/wk GHKCU - 2mg 5x/wk

@Jv Parkinson interesting! My understanding is that 1mg/5x week is already a pretty low dose when wanting mitochondrial results. Having said that im going to look more into this. How were you dosing when you noticed the HRV changes? What do you think that would look like next round? Thanks for the convo!

@Tara West this is an interesting thought, thank you! Would you separate them to different days or different times of day? Any thoughts on if going back to a weekly dose of reta vs. split dosing might help? Appreciate you taking the time to engage!
