Energy-Which one to start first, NAD+, MOT-C, 5-Amino-1MQ?
Hello All, Question about where to start with addressing energy. I am fairly new to peptides. I am 58 years old and have been an athlete most of my life. I am consistent with my work outs and my hormones are optimized. I am currently running Tirz and have reached my goal weight so I am tapering back. I am just about to finish GHKCU and going to switch to KLOW. I have been on the struggle bus with consistent energy for several years. I wanted to see how peptides could help. I feel like my foundations with diet, exercise, sleep are good but I need a bit of a pop. Ideally would like to move to the energy stack (NAD+, MOTS-C, and 5-Amino-1MQ) that Tara speaks to on her podcast but I believe since I have not run any of these before it is best to start with one. Lately, (this is new the last few months) I have a hard time starting in the morning and for years I have definite afternoon crash of energy. I am looking to have sustained energy throughout the day and not sure which of these 3 to start with singularly. I would love to hear any experience or advice. Yours in health, Peggy DL

5-amino is a good starter! I love how I get the benefits without side effects or injection site reactions. I stack this with AOD. I also second SLUPP to enhance your workouts. So good!

@Tamra Sinden I cycled MOTS-C after my 5-amino/AOD cycle ended. The fat blaster has also been great for energy.
Off Cycle Slump
I hit a slump 2 weeks after cycling off IPA/CJC. No motivation or desire to workout and mood is kinda meh. Not down or depressed just ehhh. Sleep is still good though luckily although last night was the first night with trouble falling asleep and then waking up this morning feeling wide awake an hour before my alarm. One night may be a fluke though. I was doing a lot of reading last night on how to avoid that. From what I read my experience while researching the IPA/CJC and even these side effects of cycling off are actually good sign that it was doing a lot for me. My current plan is to always cycle on and cycle OFF anything slowly. Even if that adds an extra week or two to my cycle at the end to create a nice bridge and not have any “withdrawal” effects or feel any major shifts. Supposedly this slump means my physiology is especially sensitive to GH secretagogues, so I feel both the upsides and the downsides more clearly than average. Which is good news and info to have on how to implement the next cycle. Had anyone else seen a serious slump after IPA/CJC?

I actually had this after I cycled off MOTS-C. My motivation tanked and so did my mood. I’m ending my cycle of the Tesa/Ipamorelin blend today so I’ll definitely keep this in the back of my mind. However I just started a new cycle of 5-amino & AOD and that combo surprisingly lifts my mood and motivation. So hopefully it will counter the low mood/motivation side effect. Just know that with every journey there are ups and downs. And it’s in the low moments that we get clear. Especially about our needs and wants. Might be time to pivot. 😉

@Shawna Fenwick the whole 8 week cycle was a struggle. I loved the motivation and energy BUT the itchiness & welts were difficult to deal with. I recently took the dive to try the fat blaster and I felt like the energy I got on that was similar to MOTS-C without the site reaction. I don’t mind the sting for 15 minutes if I get to feel that good afterwards.
5Amino & Aod
I will be cycling off my mots C and starting back on 5Amino/aod (faves) question is…. do I need to start back at the beginning starting dose or should I go ahead and continue the dose I was taking when I cycled off of it. I’m finally out of hormone devil house and I’m excited to get back narrowed out. Progesterone has done a number with bloating the past 8 weeks and it’s totally bikini season!

@Shawna Fenwick I’m also extending my cycle this time around planning to cycle each for 10-12 weeks to see if it improves the already amazing results.

Hello, I am going to start 5 Amino IQ. I just want to confirm that this is stored at room temperature, and not in fridge?

No this need to be reconstituted so it will need to be refrigerated after the bac water is added.
Starting a new stack: NAD+ & GHK-cu
I’m so excited to start my second round of 5-amino and AOD. This time I also ordered NAD+ and GHk-cu. (I am brand new to these two) I assume these are okay to stack together? Has anyone combined NAD+ and 5-amino into one syringe? Especially to soften the sting. Anyone noticed any difference between taking GHk-cu in AM vs PM? Love to hear your experiences, results, tricks and tips. Thank you ladies!
