Using cag for appetite control & cutting reta
Has anyone had success with using cag for appetite control? I’m currently taking .5mg reta 3x/week but I am fairly confident the reta is causing my flat mood and disconnection from others . I workout 5 days/week, I’m overall very active, but I struggle with a ton of food noise and over eating. With the GLPs I am finally seeing the changes in my body I want since I’m not ruining all my work with my diet, but if this is the cause of my mood changes I cannot keep with it. I currently use -AOD -5 amino (will cycle with Mots) - will be starting Ipamorelin I’m debating cutting reta and using cag instead for appetite control. Thoughts? Suggestions?

@Safah Fasciano what I know of Cagri is that yes it is great for appetite suppression BUT for many it can cause fatigue so start out very slow and low to gauge tolerance. I would continue on a lower dose of Reta for glucagon and 3-4 days apart pin Cagri for the appetite suppression.
Glow
Has anyone every had any stomach issues when starting glow?

@Lindsay Brady no. I did a 6 week protocol. What seems to be the issue? Are you taking any prebiotics probiotics and digestive enzymes daily? Any other peps you are doing? What about BHRT?

@Lindsay Brady I'd probably associate it with the bug. Stay hydrated. Feel better!
GHK-Cu - save yourself from the 🐝
I've been postponing using this pep for a little while. I did glow for 6 weeks and definitely noticed results, mainly nail growth. At that time I did 1.5mg (GHK-Cu ). Took a 4 week break and decided to start GHK-Cu. Someone posted a brilliant idea to dilute the vial with a couple mL of BAC and then transfer that into the 10mL vial of BAC they originally used to mix GHK-Cu with. I'm stoked because it literally was the easiest thing to do and when I did my first pin last night I was bracing for that sting. Absolutely no bite! I let the syringe get to room temp first as a precaution. Slight itching for about an hour afterwards but no welt. No sting. Nothing other than a tiny itch. Thank you to whomever suggested using the 10mL vial of BAC to put it all into. 🙏 Funny thing is that I bought a couple extra empty 10mL vials just to transfer to. Kinda a waste of money because all you need is a new 10mL BAC and you're golden.

@Cindy Fisher nope. I took 2mL from the same BAC vial, injected the GHK-Cu vial, let it fully dissolved, then transferred it back into the BAC water vial. Easy!

@Cindy Fisher not hospira water. I've got lots of unopened 10mL BAC from vetted sources. I do have Hospira water but not using it for this coz it's 30mL and I don't want to open them yet.
Pain/ inflammation/Stall WL
I have been on Reta for 8 weeks now. I have stalled in WL but I think I’m still recomposintioning. Reta is at 18iu weekly ( 10 mg vial/2ml bac water) I hate the slow digestion being on Reta. Also doing Ta1 for immune, BPC157 & KPV for pain from bulging disc and nerve/ sciatica pain. Should I stop Reta altogether and bring in SS 31, mots-c, AOD9604. I do like that idea of Reta for inflammation and the recomposition hate the slow digestion because it does not help for my colitis. What advice do u all have for me? Want WL, keep my inflammation low, and to be pain free Would cartalax help for the bulging disc and popping groin?

@Stacy Clark Any GLP you take, it's supposed to slow down digestion this is what it's designed to do. If you like the benefit of Reta or any GLP for lowering inflammation then stay at a dose that works for that alone if you're not looking for weight loss benefits. KPV, TB/500 and or bpc157 can help with tendons/ligaments issues. Aod I've read is good for osteoarthritis. I do AOD for fat loss, 300mcg 5x a week fasted in the morning ,Tirz also for weight loss, GHK-Cu for skin/hair/nails, and NAD+ for mitochondrial, energy and metabolic help. Are you on any high quality Omega 3s fish oil dha/epa? That can help with discs. Bone broth (chicken feet and cow marrow bones) excellent source of collagen for skin, joints and discs.
GLP stall
I’ve a client who was dosed all the way up to 11 mg weekly. I’m planning on taking her down over the next two months and then total break 3-4 weeks. I will have her start HRT and work on inflammation and gut as well. They goal will be to get her back on line and never end up at that high dose again. Anyone else experienced this

@Giddyup H what about adding a low dose of Cagri 3-4 days apart from Tirz? Many try this so they don't need to go up in Tirz dose to help break a stall. I bought Cagri awhile ago in case this happens to me. For me the benefits of having the reduced inflammation is why I'd stay on it. Yes I have read others dropping their dosages, reassessing their caloric intake, sleep quality, changing up exercise routine can help break the stall too. I absolutely 100% agree that BHRT can help kick the stall. That said, balancing hormones can take several months to even up to 2 years. I'm a year into BHRT and I'm still adjusting. That said weight started to shift downward 6 months after being on it. I noticed sugar cravings decreased a bit and I was focusing much more on protein. Lost 13lbs just from this alone. Then I started Tirz in Jan (started BHRT in April 2025). Just keep this in mind. Aim to get about a 10:1 ratio between Progesterone and estrodiol for balance. I actually gained weight the first 3 mths on BHRT because E was too high for P. P has a short lifespan (about 12 hours) so many take daily dose twice a day (depending on delivery method). I'm up to 225mg between P gel caps and P injections because I have a difficult time keep P level up. My E shot up to 265 so I definitely absorb it well. I've had to cut back on my E injection because of side effects. But once my E got over 165 the weight started to decrease. As far as "high dose" on Tirz. Everyone responds differently. I'm on a low dose at 4 mg of Tirz. I am not doing the same titration schedule that Eli Lily put out. I've only increased twice. Once from 2.5mg to 3.5mg, then To 4mg. It's absolutely cut the food noise for me. I'm sure down the road it's going to change for me but inevitably each person responds differently and some people like myself are high responders where others need to take more because their body isn't responding to lower dosages.
