Peptide Spotlight- GHK-CU
I have so much love for this tiny but mighty peptide! Obviously its ability for improving skin goes without saying, but its DNA expression is insane. We are just beginning to understand all the things it can do. I personally believe it should be part of everyone's health optimization program if it's well tolerated. This deeper dive is posted here but also under the classroom tab up top where all of the spotlights and guides are posted! REMINDER FOR THE NEWBIES.... @Mary Roberts in my experience with scars….it helps. I was attacked by two German shepherds and I have a pretty ugly scar on my upper thigh because they could not stitch it due to it being from a dog bite… it was always dark and ugly when I got hot… since using GHKCU and then switching to klow you can barely see it, I will add a picture that I put on here showing an injection site I was using and I’m literally pointing at my scar also.
Your favorite stacks?
Hey ladies! I'm looking for your favorite stack to optimize body composition? I'm already somewhat lean and lift 4-5 times a week. But I wanna look ripped if I'm honest! Just started Sub-Q Testosterone (Total was 40 and Free was 2.9) and Mots-C. What are your favorites for building muscle and staying lean? Or am I going to see results with starting the T? Thank you in advance!

One of the most asked questions I get is what do I do to help my skin look better. When I really started thinking about all the things that I do even I was a little surprised because I wasn’t thinking about everything in conjunction with each other. So in this episode, I go through all the things I’m currently doing in order to have great skin this summer that goes beyond just peptides. ! I hope you will go listen ! https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/west-wellness-longevity/id1754416156

@Tara West Another great podcast! I’m interested in the skin aid but which one do you recommend? Better skin within, md or derma defense?
Peri weight loss???
Hello ladies I want to introduce myself. I am 47 years old. I am perimenopausal. I have issues with losing weight. I gained about 50 pounds in the first 2 years of perimenopause, so between the ages of 40 and 42. I got put on .05mg estrogen patches 2 months ago and I've been taking progesterone 100mg since last October. I am also on low-dose testosterone lozenge, but that's not making much of a difference. I do believe that my hormones are okay now as I feel loads better but obviously blood work doesn't really tell right. I am currently taking Tirzepatide 3mg, mots-c 1mg, BPc157 500mcg, TB500 1mg, KPV 500mcg and just started Epitalon, last night at 1 mg. I'm getting super frustrated because I keep jumping around from 174 to 176 for a month now and it's really starting to depress me. Because I cannot seem to lose weight. I don't want to up my Tirzepatide cause I already don't have an appetite, and I struggle with getting the food down. I try to take in about 1600 Calories. Some days less cuz its hard And about a 120 to a 140 g of protein every day. I go to the gym. I went on a hike yesterday. I got in over ten thousand steps and I still gained over a pound overnight. Please help with any insight. Blood work is all normal and yes thyroid is too.

Sometimes increasing your calories and eating 5 small meals a days will turn up your metabolism and start burning.

Has anyone tried this and noticed an increase in appetite? I have noticed that it increases my appetite on days I take it. I really love it because I take it pre-workout, it lets me lift harder and gives better energy for cardio and then my appetite is big so I actually want to eat more and can get my protein in especially on heavy lifting days! I love it because even a mircodose of Reta suppresses my appetite so much that it’s hard to eat which is really bad on workout days! Then I don’t mind less of an appetite on days I’m not working out so not taking it! It’s kind of the perfect combination with Reta for me! Just thought I would throw this out there for anyone considering it! I have only ever taken 250 mcg (1 capsule) pre-workout!
