Anyone stacking Ipamorelin with Tesamorelin?
Anyone stacking Ipamorelin with Tesamorelin? If so, why would you stack rather than alternate?

I plan to do them separately before combining them, so that I know how they each impact me individually.

@Carrie Miller it’s still in Que for me. I plan to start Tesa at 250mcg and work up slowly from there. Will probably never get to 2mg based on what I’ve read from others and also knowing how I generally respond to peps
In case my latest “injury” is real
I’ve once again diagnosed myself with an injury 🤪 In case this one is real (tennis elbow) has anyone researched anything successfully for this? I suspect this is an actual possibility because I’ve noticed weakened grip strength in addition to pain in elbow and I’ve been working upper body more the past few months though I’ve been lifting for a few years now. It’s very painful but it’s only been a few days. So hopefully this is like my past injuries which all subsided within a few days to few weeks but I figured I should ask because at some point it’s going to be a real problem.

@Gigi Lavery I am 38, and also on birth control, and BHRT gave me my life back. I actually started it last year at 37… and looking at my life and symptoms, probably should have started at 35. But I was gaslit by every doctor saying “labs are normal” and “maybe you just need antidepressants” and “you should try Ozempic for the weight”. Fortunately , I do all my own research and due diligence when it comes to my health, and knew they were all uneducated in hormones and had no idea what they were talking about. Finally found a telehealth Dr who would listen. Now… feeling AH-mazing. I still have a period, and am still on birth control (the ring… because no one should be swallowing estrogen, especially no one over 30). My BHRT protocol right now is: 1.5mg Estrogen injected per week (split into 3 doses) 9mg of Testosterone injected per week (split into 3 doses, and slowly working up to 15mg) 200mg progesterone every night (taken suppository route. Lots of information out there now about why progesterone shouldn’t be taken orally) You definitely need a different doctor for this. I personally love and highly recommend Defy. They are experts, and won’t gaslight you. They also caught that my thyroid was out of wack (which I’ve been telling doctors for years and never got anyone to listen) and helped me get thyroid regulated.

@Gigi Lavery the trap the new doctor will have you in is that when your labs come back, they will be “normal” (ie: in the green zone for the labs ranges). Unfortunately, at our age, “normal” means “low in hormones, like everyone else our age”. We want “optimal”, not “normal”. And optimal will put you into the high red zone which will freak out any doctor not actually trained in BHRT. That’s where Defy and other experts come in. They see the red and completely disregard it. They want to see the actual number, and compare it to what we know women feel good and get bone, brain and cardiovascular protection from. Those levels, the feel good and protective ones, are WAY above “normal”. Normal is where everything falls apart. We are not ok with being normal.
Help understanding differences

Welcome! That idea really big question, and the answer will be different for every peptide. To start, I suggest finding Tara’s podcast, The West Wellness and Longevity podcast, and listen to the episodes of your specific peptide interest. You’ll learn their administration routes, doses, upsides and downsides, and what areas of the body they impact.
Water Retention
Yall. I’m retaining so much water, have gained weight when I started these peptides (KLOW, ss-31). I’ve been on tirz for a while and felt good. Is this normal? Do I just keep taking and it will go away?

I haven’t heard of water retention from either of those. What else has changed since starting them?
Bioregulators
What is the difference in efficacy between injectable Bioregulators, like Pinealon, and oral applications? Epithalon is another one I am specifically wondering about.

@Jv Parkinson the interesting thing is that the injectable dosing is all based on some mistranslations of the Russian studies. The Russians are really the only ones who studied Bioregulators under Khaveson, and Khavison’s dosing is 1/10 the injectable “suggestion”, and also always based on oral research. This is one you’ll have to experiment with and see what works for you, but the original intent and use case for bioregulators could not be “felt”. It was just a long term, longevity affect. The US grabbed it, misinterpreted the dosing, and turned it into synthetic injectables. Not saying that they are bad, but the research is all based on Russian, oral, natural formulations. So using synthetic, higher dose injectables is really just a personal experiment.

@Jv Parkinson I would personally have no issue taking Epitalon and SS31 at the same time. But I would not start them both at the same time. Their pathways are different. I’m taking Epitalon (the Khavison version) right now for 10 days as well.
