Sitting here reading while I go through treatment #16 and this paragraph jumped out at me. I have always liked the word gumption.

War Season x Storming is always a bitch… let’s see how my work this winter changes the outcome as we have entered this phase in the teams dynamics. And this is exactly where the inflection point is for these 20-30 year old employees. It will be a balance between their feelings and “need” for respect and pure expectations and accountability. This is where the rubber meets the road…

Second morning starting out with a walk in the woods with my dog. Funny how years ago this was a daily practice - life was much more challenging back then yet profoundly simpler than it is currently. Feels like a full circle moment in my practice, returning to the basics. Maybe that’s the trick.
