Made it to the gym this morning. That is a total of 4 times this week (with goal being 3 times). Have tracked all food this week. All going good. Planning some good projects around the house next week on days off (no guest dogs). Trying to plan out when to get medical treatment and it may be more difficult than I thought since I have a full schedule going into September. Trusting all will work out as it should.
