Day 1 of the fitness challenge! Woke up feeling motivated, excited to be doing this with all of you!
Leg day for me today- my favorite day!
Yesterday on the call there were some questions about macro tracking... I use an app called My Fitness Pal- to keep track of all my meals and it breaks it down ito macros so you can track your protein, carbs and fats. There is a paid version and a free version.
I also sometimes use a scale to weigh my food ( if you want to be really ninja) here is the link to that scale on amazon below
Some were also curious about our morning tonic- Here it is:
half a lemon
Apple cider vinegar ( 1 tsp)
Cayenne pepper ( dash)
Creatine ( 5 grams)
Glutamine ( 5 Grams)
Green powder ( link below)
Salt ( splash)
