Day 4 check in
Working on releasing old stories with action.
Today did 3O mins of movement 12 mins rowing and 20 light weights- doesn’t sound like much but its a start.
Getting closer to water goal but quite there.
Protein- same as water.
Had time in community this morning with my female fellowship group at work. Asked for prayer and working on receiving vs always just giving.
