Had some phone issues, that ended today with a replacement. But thanks to Wolf Tribe’s print out tracker, I was still on track!

Movement- Overall rest day.
Leadership- journaling and continued self reflection/planning. Had Christmas with my family, good food, good stories. Put me into a better mindset for this time of year!

Movement was chest/back and a light jog!
Leadership- journaling, and mentoring with some new recruits that ended with us hitting the gym after our shift to get them ready for the academy in a few months!

Movement- Spent the majority of my shift today cleaning, sweeping, and walking the long hallways. 🥵. One of the busiest days I think I’ve had where really nothing but daily operations were taking place at work! That post holiday rush! Got home and did a brief set of stretches and some yoga poses to try to loosen a couple knots I’ve been fighting for the past week in my shoulder and calf.
Leadership- Visited with my future sister in law and nieces for a few hours at their home. Showed off my Lego skills and doll voices. 🫣🤣 I’ll take time with family any day! Not sure who had more fun, them or me!
