Lucky #8… last night I acknowledged that this week is going to be challenging with afternoon and evening activities for my son every night… so to navigate I decided I need to wake up early to get my workout in before the sun rises. 5am - 2o min row, 15 minutes light weights. Made a healthy breakfast- 3 eggs and even had some time to read a few pages of a book before getting Maverick up and ready for school.
There was a time I woke up every morning at 4am… working out was not negotiated… I just did it. I am far from that person but trying to find her again.
Water and protein- close but still not hitting the target. Leader habit- got some Christmas cards written and teacher gifts wrapped ✔️
