Protein was on the lower end of the scale today, but within my range. Water goal was met.
For movement I did a very light arm workout as I’m trying something new with some sleep supplements, and I think it may be the workouts late in the day that’s knocking me a little off track.
I journaled quite a bit today since it was a slower day at work. Got some stuff written down that has been a long time waiting and I think that may have been exactly what I needed today. It was easier to see the small wins throughout the rest of the day. I’m ready to end this year behind me!
