Rainy days in LA feel like permission to slow down. I actually welcome them sometimes — they make it easier to hunker down and focus.
No workout today since I’m still feeling a little low physically, but my energy is coming back. It was still a super productive day.
For my Lover goal, I got my reading done early this morning, and my biggest takeaway was: "The story I’m telling myself is not necessarily the truth. Most conflict is fueled by the story we make up, not the facts in front of us and this usually hurts the pack. Better to get curious and ask questions to get clarity.
