Morning itβs cod liver king again π€£. on cardio days I focus on AMPK and try to maximise this, but how much is too much. I tend to do everything early morning and just on water electrolytes and caffeine, say for instance this morning Iβve competed a 8.5 mile mad terrain ruck carrying 24kg pack. Iβve been up since 330am and the time is now 930 and I still have not eaten. I do feel a bit low on energy but nothing I cannot handle. So what should I do now carry on fasting or shall I eat a nice big meal shortly. Am I doing things how it should be done to maximise this lever ?
