Wowzers !!!!
I’m just writing today because after stepping on the scale, I was down a little over 2 pounds this morning and in total shock. The irony of this is that I am on the road traveling and I had limited food options, but I made a decision to be mindful of what I was eating and doing some breathing along with that plus refusing to be anxious.
I think that was a good recipe also. Drinking a lot of water helped as well and just really pacing my my activities around other things besides eating, so it was really more of conscious behavior today developed in order to do this. Am I hopeful that I can continue this – absolutely however I take everything day by day and this is not a sprint. This is really a marathon.!
