Weekend Progress Isn't About Willpower, It's About Awareness
It's Friday, and I want to remind you of something that catches a lot of people off guard.
For many people, everything changes when the weekend arrives.
I've had clients tell me, "I don't understand it. I do everything right during the week, but every weekend the scale goes up."
The first assumption is usually that they ate too much.
But that's not always what's happening.
Sometimes your weekend simply looks different.
Maybe you're gardening, walking more, hiking, playing with the kids, or spending hours outside. You're burning more energy than you normally do during the week.
HERE'S WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING
If your activity increases but you don't adjust your nutrition to match what your body needs, you can create more stress on your system than you realize. FAST40 isn't about eating less and hoping for the best.
It's about giving your body what it needs so it feels safe enough to burn fat instead of protecting it.
That's why I don't ask you to chase perfection.
  • I ask you to pay attention.
  • Every day your body is giving you feedback.
  • Are you getting hungry sooner?
  • Is your energy dropping?
  • Are you feeling more satisfied than usual?
Those signals matter.
Most people stay so busy that they never stop long enough to notice what their body is trying to tell them.
✅So this weekend, take a minute. Pause.
✅Check in with yourself before you rush to the next thing.
✅Your body already knows what it needs.
The more you learn to listen, the easier it becomes to make the small adjustments that lead to long-term results.
That's exactly what we're building together in FAST40, not a temporary diet, but the ability to understand your body's signals and respond with confidence.
This weekend, don't just track your food. Track what changed.
That's where the real answers are.
