Hey everyone I've been battling a cold the last few days and Dr Cody said maybe try simple carbs as quick energy because I haven't wanted to eat a ton so all I did was try a steak and apple day instead since fruit can burn for quick energy and the protein can sustain me and I lost 1.0 lb and my stomach managed it better than with the lean protein fruits and veggies. Something to maybe try if you are sick just throwing it out there.
