"TRUTH ABOUT GLP1" - LIVE RECORDING
THIS CALL WAS SO GOOD. So we decide to post the live call here. We broke down the real truth about GLP-1 medications like Ozempic and tirzepatide — what they actually do in the body, why people are losing weight, and what’s not being talked about when it comes to side effects. If you’ve ever felt confused, curious, or even pressured around these medications… this will bring clarity. We covered: • What GLP-1 actually is (and why your body already has it) • Why weight loss is happening • The real side effects being reported • What you truly need to know before considering this route

Thanks @Cody Golman for leading such a great discussion and sharing so much helpful info. And thanks @Anna Fisher for sharing your personal experience with GLP-1—super eye-opening!
Stop trying to fix your body…start listening to it
Hey, good morning. Quick reminder for you today… Your body is always trying to speak to you. The question is, are you listening? For years in practice, I saw people come in with headaches, back pain, arthritis… and almost every time, they were given something to silence the symptoms. But here’s what most people never stop to consider: Your body doesn’t create pain randomly. It's intelligent. It’s responsive. It’s trying to communicate. Pain isn’t the enemy. It's a signal. It’s your body saying: “Hey… something needs your attention.” And most of the time, it’s not that something is broken…It’s that something is being ignored. It could be stress. It could be lifestyle. Could be something going on in your life that hasn’t been addressed. So instead of asking: “How do I get rid of this?” Start asking: “What is my body trying to show me?” Even if it’s just a few minutes… slow down, go inward, and listen. Because when you keep trying to silence the signal…It usually comes back louder. Your body isn’t working against you. It’s trying to work for you.

One of the most valuable things I’ve learned through Fast40 is to really listen to my body—pause and ask what it’s trying to tell me. Instead of just treating a symptom, I’ve learned to look deeper and consider the root cause. That shift in perspective has made all the difference.
Forgot to pack
Yesterday is didn’t plan ahead for being gone from home during lunch. I stopped in to Whole Foods and went to the seafood department. They had boiled shrimp-requested 4 oz and had my protein. I also had an orange, cucumbers and broccoli. It kept me on track!

@Ashley Pennington way to stay on track!!
I was doing everything right… but missing this!
I hit a wall this past week. My weight kept going up and down just a tiny bit, or not moving at all, and I couldn’t figure out why. After talking with Dr. Golman, we realized something I didn’t even see. I tend to stay positive, avoid conflict, and try to be a light for others. But in doing that, I was quietly pushing down some stress and emotions without realizing it. I’ve learned how to sit with emotions when they come up, but this was different. There were things under the surface that I hadn’t acknowledged yet. After that conversation, I took time to really feel it, process it, and let it move through me. The very next day, I dropped .6. That was a HUGE moment for me. Not just because of the number, but because it showed me how connected everything is. Being AWARE of our emotions and stress, and allowing ourselves to actually feel them instead of pushing them down, matters more than we think. If you feel stuck, it might not be your effort. It might be something deeper that just needs your attention. We've got this!

@Michele White so glad you were able to recognize the stress you were unknowingly holding onto. Many of us have done the same thing. Now, one way I help manage my stress is listening to the energy audio daily.

Sparkling water vs flat water
Hi, I was drinking sparkling water, very little weight loss. Spoke with Dr Cody and realized that it was def hindering my weight loss. Changed to flat water and saw a big difference in weight loss
