Traveled all day yesterday from La to Fl. I travel a lot for work and this has ALWAYS been where I struggle. Even have told myself the narrative “I always gain weight on the road”. Yesterday I packed both my lunch and dinner knowing I’d be on planes for both. Woke up down .9 lbs. - just a reminder it’s all about being prepared ! I couldn’t believe it !
Anyone have any good sauce recommendations?? This could be for the crockpot (marinade) or something to dip the food in. My chicken is getting mighty plain haha!
Just something I wanted to share from this morning. I’ve realized that once I understood my body and how important fueling is - the formula becomes pretty simple! This round started off frustrating for me because I was fighting the daily habits (fueling, water, adding in too much movement) and now I’m stepping back and focusing on the big areas: 1. Fuel 8 oz 2. Upping ounces if movement is up 3. Water intake 3. Sleep Hope this encourages someone today!!!
Finally dropped out of the 150’s, hit 149.4 this morning. This round has been so much more about learning how to fuel properly … yesterday I upped my ounces by 1 full ounce as I was struggling in between meals with getting hungry. Upped my ounces and woke up with a big scale win!
