We’ve discovered that I need a whopping 11-12oz of each veggie, fruit and meat per meal, so Saturdays have become my batch cook days to stock the fridge with my meals for the week. This way I can easily stick to my eating times, while keeping up with my family’s meals, too. 😅 I’m still in the first phase, and loving all this yummy, colorful food! 💕 You guys, isn’t real food prep one of the ultimate self care things you can do for yourself?!
