I’m keeping myself accountable so here is my end of week two update:
- Down 0.6 lbs this week and 8.8 lbs overall
- Significant improvement in sleep quality
- Increased energy
- Increased focus & mental clarity
- No hot flashes
- Increased motivation
- Decreased cravings
I’m so grateful to be on this program to reset everything. I’m feeling great. I was a little worried because I had two days with either a weight gain or stable weight, but I’m self-aware as to what I could’ve done differently those days. I can’t believe we’ve increased my portions to 8 ounces a meal. I feel like I’m eating so much but it’s giving me the fuel. I need to get the stuff done that I need to get done.
