Super simple Tofu recipe
Super easy tofu recipe I use for meal prep, adding protein to salads or stir fry. Many options! Recipe: 1. 1 block extra firm tofu 2. Chop up into bite size cubes 3. Add your favorite oil/sugar free sauces. I use soy and hot sauce 4. Toss in the sauces, then cook in air fryer for 20mins at 400F. 5. Voila! Each block of tofu has 52grams of protein. I get 2 meals out of each block. Super simple and delicious!

I’m not the biggest tofu fan, but I’ve heard it’s all about the sauces, so this is really helpful. Thank you for sharing this. I will give it another try your way!
Forgot to pack
Yesterday is didn’t plan ahead for being gone from home during lunch. I stopped in to Whole Foods and went to the seafood department. They had boiled shrimp-requested 4 oz and had my protein. I also had an orange, cucumbers and broccoli. It kept me on track!

That is such a great pivot. Instead of letting the day get off track, you figured it out and made it work. That is what consistency really looks like. Also a great reminder that it does not have to be complicated. You kept it simple and still stayed on track!
I was doing everything right… but missing this!
I hit a wall this past week. My weight kept going up and down just a tiny bit, or not moving at all, and I couldn’t figure out why. After talking with Dr. Golman, we realized something I didn’t even see. I tend to stay positive, avoid conflict, and try to be a light for others. But in doing that, I was quietly pushing down some stress and emotions without realizing it. I’ve learned how to sit with emotions when they come up, but this was different. There were things under the surface that I hadn’t acknowledged yet. After that conversation, I took time to really feel it, process it, and let it move through me. The very next day, I dropped .6. That was a HUGE moment for me. Not just because of the number, but because it showed me how connected everything is. Being AWARE of our emotions and stress, and allowing ourselves to actually feel them instead of pushing them down, matters more than we think. If you feel stuck, it might not be your effort. It might be something deeper that just needs your attention. We've got this!
Sparkling water vs flat water
Hi, I was drinking sparkling water, very little weight loss. Spoke with Dr Cody and realized that it was def hindering my weight loss. Changed to flat water and saw a big difference in weight loss
