Week 4 results (overall: -13.7 lbs, week: -2.1 lbs)
Hi all, Week 4 accountability check, I’m down 2.1 lbs this week and -13.7 overall. I had a bit of a stressful week this week but overall it was a good week. I was a bit frustrated at times due to stress and found myself wanting to eat bad foods not due to stress but more out of overwhelm and frustration and wanting to give in especially when I went into the grocery store. I resisted as I reminded myself how good I feel overall and that I deserve to feel good. I so proud of myself for not giving in a just taking it 1 day at a time. Just keep swimming as Dory would say. I’m so grateful to have this group to continue to support me on my journey. I have big travel coming up the next two weeks so keep me in your prayers. Thank you Skool Group for the constant support.

Yes, just keep swimming, keep your head held high! Definitely look into the energy clearing sessions! You'll start handling stress in a whole new way! Congratulations, you are killing it!
Week 1 Results (-8.2) pounds
Hi all, After week 1 I am down (-8.2) pounds. I’m super excited because I’ve had a ton of stressors going on this week, the meal prep really helped because I was able to grab and go. I also used large water cups/containers 20-32 oz so I could easily track how much water I was drinking. There were a few days that I didn’t get in enough water but was able to still have a loss. As Dory would say, “Just keep swimming” I’m excited about my first week’s loss and can’t wait to see how this week goes.

Amazing! Those stressors can really hurt us, and we have so many hidden stressors as well. Dr. Golman has amazing information on how to help you there (it really helped me). Keep it up Joy!
I hit my first goal weight
In 2023 I was in a really bad car accident and totaled my car at that time. I decided to stop focusing on watching what I eat and working out because I felt too stressed. As a result, I gained over 30 pounds. I had lost some of that weight Today I passed my pre-accident weight. This is such a relief and testimonial that when you put yourself first anything can happen.

What a blessing! Congratulations Joy!
Hit wedding weight 25 years ago on last day!
When I first spoke with Dr. Golman, I told him I only had about 10 to 15 pounds to lose. I had no idea this journey would become such an eye opening and life changing experience! In just the first 40 days, I lost 9.5 pounds and 15.4 inches. Today is Day 54, my final two weeks with Dr. Golman, and I am beyond excited to share that I’ve now lost 12.8 pounds and 17.9 inches overall. Today, I officially hit my wedding day weight! But the best part is that this journey became about so much more than the number on the scale. This program taught me how to truly nourish my body, listen to what it needs, and realize that our bodies are designed to heal and thrive without extreme calorie deficits or medication. My hot flashes are completely gone, my energy is back, and I honestly feel better than I have in years. I am forever grateful to Dr. Golman for his guidance, education, encouragement, and constant support throughout this process. One of the biggest blessings is realizing we are not alone in this journey!
I’m a teenager!!
I am slowly loosing weight and feel great about it. My youth is popping out. Having a few breakouts but it due to the fat leaving my body. What a small price to pay! The good thing is by this time in my life I know how to take care of my skin and know it’s just temporary.

Yes! It’s amazing to have energy and not crash mid day, I just thought it was my age before this!
