Just wanted to share that I woke up this morning and stepped on the scale only to find that I was down 1.9 pounds and was in total shock. Especially with what I wrote yesterday being down only .3 pounds the day before,.
However, after speaking with Dr. Cody, he recommended beef and that’s what I did. I incorporated it into a dish with bell peppers, onions, cilantro, and Salsa Verde along with shredded zucchini, and it was phenomenal. This is a winner for me and thanks to Dr. Cody for helping me to bypass the hunger games🤭!!!
This is a daily walk and the success is wonderful, but I have to keep moving and I encourage everyone to keep doing the same!
