Health and Wellness Activity
Hello Ladies, So I drinking this morning while on this fast so tea and I do have some apple 🍎cider vinegar in it about a tablespoon inside of my tea. I will be working out after this morning LIVE on YouTube for Kingdom A.N.T.S Ministries🐜🐜🐜. I want to encourage you to get some steps and to get your water in. And push to set yourself a goal for your water💧. Mines is 80 ounces plus ➕️. Also mines is this because of like how much they recommend based on your weight⚖️. So thats why I said 80+ it should be 90+ but I will try to do the 80 ounces. I have a tumbler and my tumbler 🥤is 40 ounces so if I drink two of those daily is 80 ounces or so. What are your Water Intake Goals Daily? Do You Have One? Please share down in the comments.

🌸 Lavender & Hibiscus Tea: Simple Sips With Big Benefits for Women
Ladies, let’s talk about two powerful herbal teas that support us physically and spiritually — lavender and hibiscus. These are more than soothing drinks… they’re God-given wellness tools that help calm the body, balance emotions, and support our overall health. 💜 Lavender Tea — Calm for the Body & Peace for the Spirit Lavender is known as one of the most calming herbs, and for women juggling life, emotions, hormones, and busy schedules, it can be a gentle game changer. Physical Benefits - Helps reduce stress and tension - Supports better sleep and relaxation - May ease headaches - Calms the nervous system - Helps the body unwind after a long day ✝️Spiritual Connection When the body relaxes, the spirit gets quiet enough to hear God more clearly. Lavender tea is a beautiful tool to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and enter into rest. “He restores my soul.” — Psalm 23:3 Lavender helps create the physical calm needed for inner restoration. 🌺 Hibiscus Tea — Heart Health & Renewal Hibiscus is bold, beautiful, and full of nutrients our bodies LOVE — especially as women. Physical Benefits - Supports healthy blood pressure - High in antioxidants (great for skin and aging) - Helps with hydration - Boosts energy naturally - Supports liver health (your detox powerhouse!) ✝️Spiritual Connection Hibiscus symbolizes renewal and refreshing — and that’s what God desires for us. Just like hibiscus cleanses and strengthens the body, the Holy Spirit renews and strengthens the soul. “He makes all things new.” — Revelation 21:5 Every sip can be a reminder that God is renewing your strength, energy, and joy from the inside out. 🌿 Why These Teas Are Especially Helpful for Women Our bodies carry so much — physically, mentally, hormonally, and emotionally. Lavender and hibiscus offer gentle support in moments we feel overwhelmed, drained, or disconnected. They can help women: - Feel more emotionally balanced - Sleep better - Reduce feelings of being overwhelmed - Support heart and hormonal wellness - Slow down long enough to hear God

Fruit Salad!
Hey yall so I just made me a fruit salad. I actually had a fruit salad like twice now and this is my third time. And I like it. The first time I had just apples inside with spinach. Second time apples and blueberries. Third time strawberries and blueberries. I am also boiling my water for my green tea and acv mix. So Today is a very successful day in my book for my health/wellness. And I believe in God to help us to be consistent and push forward in Jesus name.

My Last Three Days of Walking!!
Hey Ladies 💕 Here are my last three days of walking! 🏃🏽‍♀️✨ I can honestly say that walking is becoming easier and easier to do — especially with a little intentionality. Now I’m even starting to add more into my routine! One thing I’ve learned is that it’s so important to build one healthy habit at a time. When we try to do too much at once, it can feel overwhelming — and when we’re overwhelmed, we often end up doing nothing at all. So give yourself grace. Focus on one step, one change, one habit at a time. Before you know it, you’ll look up and realize you’ve built a whole lifestyle full of healthy habits that honor your body, mind, and spirit. 🌿💪🏽 Keep going, ladies — progress over perfection! I thank God for the new and His help. We have to have a surrender and submission to God. And be reminded that again with God nothing shall be impossible. God bless you Ladies!
