If I want to lose weight but am 10 lbs over weight, I can state that I am committed to being 10 lbs over weight. That is the truth of where I am right now. Be fun and playful with this.
If I want to get clients but I am too busy, I can say I am committed to being busy. I am committed to not getting clients 😂.
