The Line Between Consistency and Strategy
Something I’ve been thinking and hearing from a lot of you about lately is the line between continuing and refining the direction or pivoting completely.
When you’re building something like a community, an offer, your content on Instagram or YouTube, or even your outreach there’s always a bit of tension there.
On one side, you know you just have to keep putting things out into the world.
On the other side, there’s the question sitting in the background:
Is this actually the right message… or the right approach… to attract the people I really want here?
Sometimes the answer only becomes clear after you’ve taken enough action. Other times you start to see that something in the direction needs to shift.
Most builders run into this at some point.
So I’m curious:
How do you personally navigate this?
• Do you lean more toward volume and iterate over time?
• Do you spend more time refining before putting something out?
• What helps you decide whether something is working or not?
How do you know when to pivot?
Interested to hear how others approach this.
