The Heart Types (2 • 3 • 4)
The Heart Center is connected to identity, image, and the longing to be valued for who we are.
At their core, all three heart types are asking:
"Who am I, and am I worthy of love?"
Each type answers that question differently:
Type 2 seeks love by being needed.
"If I'm helpful, I'll be loved."
Type 3 seeks value through achievement.
"If I succeed, I'll be worthy."
Type 4 seeks significance through authenticity.
"If I discover what makes me unique, I'll finally belong."
Different strategies.
The same center.
As awareness deepens, the search for worth begins to soften.
Love no longer has to be earned.
Identity no longer has to be constructed.
The heart rests in the simple recognition that our value has never been missing.
From that place, love becomes something we express, not something we have to prove.
Reflection:
What have you spent your life doing to feel worthy and what might change if you knew your worth was already here?
